For home visits outside of Gloucester small travel expenses may be added-advised at time of booking.
Payment is due at the time of appointment unless by prior agreement with your therapist. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know with as much notice as possible.
* If that’s within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the agreed fee will be chargeable.
* If you cancel an appointment with less than 1 hours’ notice, or fail to attend an appointment a £40 charge will be payable prior to confirmation of a new appointment.
If after 3 sessions your dog has not responded to the treatment I will refer your dog back to vet.

Please note that if your dog has had a Vaccination/Booster jab, I will not perform massage treatment until a 2 week period has elapsed since the jabs. Please let me know at the time of booking appointment.
